Tech24 acquires Commercial Kitchens

Tech24, a provider of repair and maintenance services for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment, backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Commercial Kitchens Inc., based in Milford, Connecticut, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. Commercial Kitchens represents the sixth acquisition in HCI's consolidation strategy in the fragmented foodservice repair market.

Commercial Kitchens provides repair and preventative maintenance services for commercial grade kitchens to healthcare, education and other institutional customers across Connecticut, New York and northern New Jersey.
