Tech24 acquires Commercial Kitchen Repairs

Tech24, a national provider of commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance, has acquired Commercial Kitchen Repairs, a provider of repair services, preventative maintenance and installation for commercial cooking equipment based in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, according to a press release.

Commercial Kitchen Repairs services customers in the greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley area as well as southwest New Jersey.

The acquisition provides Tech24 with increased coverage in northeastern U.S. markets.

The announcement marks Tech24's 15th acquisition to date. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
