Tech24 acquires 2 foodservice repair and maintenance firms

Tech24, a Greenville, South Carolina based national provider of repair and maintenance services for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment, has acquired AmeriCold and Arrowhead Commercial Equipment for undisclosed sums, backed by HCI Equity Partners, according to a press release.

Arrowhead and AmeriCold represent Tech24's 10th and 11th add-on acquisitions in the foodservice repair and maintenance market.

Americold serves customers in the New York metro, Washington, D.C. and Southeast Florida markets, while Arrowhead serves the Phoenix, Arizona area.
