Tata Consumer Products reorganizes its coffee business

Tata Consumer Products Ltd., a Mumbai based multinational corporation, has merged its Tata Coffee with its main business as part of a reorganization to improve operating efficiencies, according to a report in The Indian Express.

Tata Coffee's plantation business will combine with TCPL Beverages & Foods Ltd. while the branded coffee business and extraction operation will merge with TCPL.
