Thai beverage vending operator Tao Bin has introduced specialty machines offering premium coffee and matcha drinks across Thailand, according to a Minime Insights report. The upgraded machines feature about 80 selections starting at approximately $1.20 per cup. Customers can choose coffee beans from Brazil, Honduras or Colombia, with premium upgrades costing about 60 cents to $1.20 more.

The specialty menu includes Uji matcha from Kyoto and ceremonial-grade matcha from Nishio, available for an additional 60 cents. Tao Bin is using its nationwide vending network to introduce recipes, measure customer demand and test new beverage concepts before considering wider distribution.

The company has also partnered with Thai entertainers and online creators on limited-edition menus. Collaborations have produced drinks featuring Thai tea, matcha, milk, yuzu and crunchy toppings, as well as 16 beverages inspired by northeastern Thai culture and humor. Tao Bin also revived "School Bus," a sweet and creamy Ovaltine drink intended to appeal to consumers' nostalgia.
