Super League Gaming, a provider of competitive video gaming and esports entertainment, has sold 3.07 million shares of its common stock at a price of $2.60 per share, according to a press release. Gross proceeds from the offering, before expenses, are expected to be approximately $8 million.
Super League will use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including sales and marketing activities, product development and capital expenditures. The transaction is expected to close on or about Jan. 13, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
