Sunny Sky Products acquires Bevolution Group

Sunny Sky Product LLC, a producer of dispensed beverage solutions offering hot, cold, frozen and beverage-enhancer products for the convenience store and foodservice channels, has acquired LX/JT Holdings Inc. and subsidiaries, doing business as Bevolution Group, a manufacturer of smoothie bases, bar and cocktail mixes, juices, concentrates and other related beverage products, from Highlander Partners L.P., according to a press release.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Bevolution was created via the combination of brands including JuiceTyme, Lemon-X, Dr. Smoothie and Tropics. The business operates a multi-site beverage manufacturing platform with three facilities across the U.S.
