PARSIPPANY, NJ -- Stumptown Coffee has selected Corporate Essentials as an office coffee partner for traditional whole bean coffee and cold brew in the New York City market. Parsippany, NJ-based Corporate Essentials said it is now offering its customers Stumptown's cold-brewed coffee products in kegs and signature "stubby" single-serve glass bottles, along with its new sparkling cold-brew sodas and traditional coffee.

Corporate Essentials chief growth officer Joe Simonovich said the company is adding 2,000 square feet to its cold-storage capacity to its warehouse here to support its relationship with Stumptown, as well as anticipated future partnerships. Corporate Essentials serves about 1,500 clients.

Stumptown, established in 1999 and headquartered in Portland, OR, operates retail cafés in Portland, Seattle, New York, Los Angeles and New Orleans, together with roasting facilities in each city. It has had a New York City presence since opening its roasting facility in Brooklyn in the early 2000s, along with two retail locations. It also sells beans and RTD cold-brew beverages to grocery outlets and restaurants across the U.S.

"Stumptown was the first major player in the third-wave-coffee movement we have seen take over the coffee world," Simonovich said.
