Stora Enso intros intelligent vending freezer

Stora Enso, a Finland-based manufacturer of automated retail solutions, has introduced Selfly Freezer, a vending freezer, as part of the Selfly Store Model 3 product family which includes hardware, cloud-based software, RFID tags and a service network, according to a press release.

The Selfly Freezer provides real-time, item-level data analytics to optimize sales and operations while reducing food waste.

Shoppers can use contactless payment methods, select several products in one purchase and are able to touch and feel every product before selecting.
