Stonewall Kitchen acquires Vermont Coffee

Stonewall Kitchen, a commercial foodservice provider based in York, Maine, has acquired Vermont Coffee Co. based in Middlebury, Vermont, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Vermont Coffee Co., which serves the office coffee market through its wholesale division, marks Stonewall Kitchen's second acquisition of 2021 and sixth acquisition overall. Stonewall Kitchen acquired the Urban Accents brand of spice mixes, seasonings, sauces, and gifts in early March.
