Steelite International acquires Delfin

Steelite International, a Newcastle, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of tabletop, buffet and lighting solutions to the global hospitality industry, has acquired Delfin, a Huntington Beach, California-based provider of retail and foodservice display and tabletop solutions, according to a press release.

The acquisition allows Steelite to enhance its standing as a supplier of tabletop and buffet solutions on a global scale, control its onshore melamine manufacturing facility and gain presence in the North American food retail segment.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
