Stansfield Vending transitions to ESOP plan

Stansfield Vending, a full line vending and amusement vending operation in La Crosse, Wisconsin, has transitioned to an employee stock ownership plan, according to a press release.
The company, founded in 1942 by Jim Stansfield Sr., is under the management of the third generation Stansfield family.
"Transitioning to a 100% employee-owned company is really just a modern-day reflection of the values that were handed down to my sister and I by our grandparents and parents," Janet Stansfield, company owner, said in the press release. "The ESOP will help us take our rock solid culture to a whole new level that I can't wait to see."
Stansfield credited Prairie Capital Advisors Inc., an investment bank based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, for its assistance in making the transition.
