Swiggy Instamart, a quick-commerce platform based in India, has partnered with Netflix to bring the excitement of Squid Game to fans and tapping vending technology.
A key element is the introduction of an interactive Instamaut vending machine in Gurgaon. The vending machine invites participants to re-enact dramatic scenes from the show. Shaped like the iconic Young-Hee doll, the vending machine tracks participants' performances and rewards successful re-enactments with prizes.
The collaboration aims to go beyond simply watching the show, providing fans with engaging experiences that bring the world of Squid Game to life. In anticipation of the highly anticipated Season 2, Swiggy Instamart is also offering exclusive Squid Game merchandise for 10-minute delivery in select cities, according to a Passionate in Marketing report. This allows fans to quickly acquire coveted items inspired by the show, such as mugs, sippers and even games featured in the series.
