Splash Beverage teams with Kalil Bottling to expand TapouT Sports Performance Drink distribution

Splash Beverage Group Inc., a portfolio company of beverage brands, has teamed with Tucson, Arizona-based Kalil Bottling to expand the distribution of TapouT Sports Performance Drink, according to a press release.

"Kalil Bottling is one of the top distribution companies in the entire western United States and was the largest Body Armor distributor for Keurig Dr Pepper prior to Coke acquiring the brand in an $8.3-billion-dollar transaction," Robert Nistico, CEO of Splash Beverage Group, said in the press release. "As Body Armor is transitioned to Coke, this leaves a large opportunity for TapouT to fill the void, which is ideal for us strategically."

Kalil's network covers all of Arizona and extends through several counties across Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and western Texas.
