Sonoma Brands completes acquisition of KRAVE from Hershey

Sonoma Brands has completed the acquisition of KRAVE, a jerky brand, from the Hershey Company for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Sonoma Brands is led by Jon Sebastiani, who founded KRAVE.

As a private equity investor, Sonoma Brands has also made investments in consumer brands including Christina Tosi's Milk Bar, Hum Nutrition vitamins and supplements, Beekeeper's Naturals health solutions, Hu Products plant-based chocolate, Guayaki yerba mate, Versed cruelty free skincare, True Botanicals non-toxic personal care and more.
