Sodexo teams with Bear Robotics to deploy robots in health facilities

Sodexo, a Paris-based provider of food, facilities and health services, has teamed with Bear Robotics, the Silicon Valley provider of indoor self-driving service robots, to leverage robots to improve patient care and staff support, according to a press release.

"The ability of these robots to navigate complex indoor environments with precision and reliability is remarkable and we are thrilled to explore the efficiencies in operations that will result," Molly Matthews, CEO Sodexo healthcare and seniors in the U.S., said in the press release.

Pilots for the collaboration are planned for 2024 in the U.S.
