Sodexo acquires Five Star Food Services in Texas

Sodexo's InReach has acquired Five Star Food Services headquartered in Stafford, Texas, near Houston, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition, Sodexo InReach's third for the current fiscal year, were not revealed.

"This business tucks into our Houston facility perfectly," Husein Kitabwalla, Sodexo North America's CEO of food transformation, said in the press release. "We are enthusiastic about the synergies and the enhanced value that our combined business will deliver to our clients."

Five Star Food Services was established in 1979 by the Parisi family.
