Sodexo acquires digital gift startup

Sodexo, the Paris based global foodservice provider, has acquired a majority stake in Wedoogift, a French startup, to offer a digital gift experience, according to a press release.
Sodexo, which offers gift vouchers with its TirGroupe brand, will team with Wedoogift on digitally managed gift experiences.
