Social media influencer lauds canned cake from Tokyo vending machine

Social media influencer Maz Green recently visited Tokyo and posted a video about her pleasant culinary adventure eating canned cake from a vending machine in the Adores Shibuya arcade, according to a report in The Daily Mail.

The cakes come in tin cans in a glassfront machine and cost between £5.30 ($6.68) and £6 ($7.56).

Selections included strawberry shortcake made from strawberries, whipped cream and vanilla sponge and mango fruit cake that included fluffy cream layered on chiffon cake and a mango passion fruit-flavored jelly puree.

The video on Instagram shows Green purchasing the cakes from the machine, opening them and eating them with a spoon.
