Singer Equipment acquires Kittredge Equipment

Singer Equipment Co., based in Elverson, Pennsylvania, has acquired Agawam, Massachusetts based Kittredge Equipment Co., one of the largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealers in the Northeast, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. The new division will operate under the name Singer Kittredge.

Jeff Mackey, the current COO of Kittredge, has been promoted to president of Singer Kittredge, reporting directly to Fred Singer, president and CEO of Singer Equipment, the fifth largest foodservice equipment and supply dealer in the U.S., according to the press release.
