Singapore startup launches reverse vending machine in Thailand

Sustaintech, a Singapore based sustainable tech startup, has introduced Thailand's first AI enabled reverse vending machine, according to a report in The Nation Thailand.

The CircularOne machine leverages artificial intelligence and cloud technologies from Tencent Cloud to handle and store containers for reuse or reverse vending. The machine also checks the quality and sorts all deposited containers including glass bottles, aluminum cans and PET bottles.
