Prior to joining CenterEdge, Howell served as director of training and operations for TrainerTainment, a training specialist serving the family entertainment industry.
According to chief operating officer Marcus Mayer, the new client success initiative will incorporate the latest training techniques, establish new lines of communication and provide value-added content and tools targeted at improving clients' day-to-day business.
Founded in 2004, CenterEdge markets a product suite made up of solutions for point-of-sale, reservations, labor management, capacity scheduling, food and beverage sales and attractions management. It also supports online sales and mobile transactions.
