Shawn O’Grady to retire from General Mills North America Foodservice

Shawn O'Grady, group president, North America Foodservice at General Mills Inc., will retire from the company, beginning Feb. 16, 2024, according to a press release.

To facilitate a smooth transition, he will move into a senior advisor role until his full retirement early this summer. Effective Feb. 16, Jon Nudi, group president, pet and international, will add NAF to his oversight. Pankaj Sharma, president, U.S. meals and banking solutions, will be promoted to segment president, NAF.

Sharma will report to Nudi and join the General Mills senior leadership team.
