NEW YORK CITY -- Visitors to Times Square will soon have an opportunity to capture the romance in a Valentine's Day selfie photobooth. The Crossroads of the World is hosting an art piece, called Heart of Hearts, designed for couples to capture a kiss amid a pavilion of a dozen golden-mirrored hearts.
The creation of Collective-LOK and Times Square Arts, the exhibit won the 8th annual Valentine Heart Design competition. According to the exhibit's organizers, half of the 12 hearts will form intimate kissing booths, while the mirrored surfaces are designed to reflect the hustle and bustle of the busy street.
Collective--LOK described the exhibit as "an engagement ring for our love affair with the spectacle of Times Square."
Heart of Hearts will be on exhibit at Father Duffy Square on Broadway, between 46th and 47th Streets, from Feb. 9 to March 6.

ISN'T IT ROMANTIC?A selfie photobooth will be installed in New York City's Times Square just in time for Valentine's Day. Although not a coin-operated attraction, the exhibit borrows elements from some of coin-op's latest photobooths. |
