China's Luckin Coffee, a self service pioneer considered to be China’s top rival to Starbucks, has dismissed two of its top executives over an accounting scandal, according to an msn.com report.
The company fired its chief executive, Jenny Zhiya Qian, and chief operating officer, Jian Liu, following a probe into hundreds of millions of dollars worth of phony transactions.
The company also placed six other employees alleged to have been involved in the transactions on leave.
