 Go Island Dream Edition
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL -- New from Sega Amusements International Ltd. is Let's Go Island Dream Edition, designed to deliver action-packed fun and featuring a humorous story line that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Let's Go Island players find themselves on what begins as a scenic South Pacific island diving tour. They soon discover  that there is more than meets the eye on the apparently idyllic island. It's infested with ferocious creatures and dastardly pirates, so players must work together to survive everything the island has to throw at them. Multiple routes, stages and two-player co-operative gameplay encourage players to keep coming back for more.

"Let's Go Island consistently ranks top 2 in the video shooter category," reported Sega regional sales manager Vince Moreno. The licenced game from Sega in Japan is fun and easy to follow, Moreno explained; these qualities and a touch of humor make it a perfect game for family entertainment centers and gamerooms."

Let's Go Island Dream Edition incorporates a proven reliable, robust motion base system derived from Sega's popular Dream Raiders. The high-spec motion system uses electric motors and gears that have demonstrated their dependability and cost efficiency. The motion base moves in synchronization with the action displayed on a huge 55" screen; in conjunction with two rapid-fire dual-trigger pivot-mounted blasters with force feedback (simulated recoil) deliver immersive gameplay. Multi-colored LED lighting effects and a sub-woofer-augmented sound system also contribute to the compelling  experience.

Operators presently running Sega's Dream Raiders game will be pleased to know that they now can easily convert their Dream Raiders to Let's Go Island Dream Edition, the company pointed out. A simple-to-install conversion kit includes the Let's Go Island software, a security key, five plastic moldings and a full set of decals.

Assembled for use, Let's Go Island measures 81" (205 cm.) deep, 63" (159 cm.) wide and 87" (220 cm) tall. The standalone game and conversion kit for Dream Raiders are available to order now. For more information contact a local authorized Sega distributor or email sales@segaarcade.com.
