See’s Candies revamps after COVID-19 closure

Carson, California based See's Candies, which suspended operations at the end of March due to the coronavirus pandemic, is slowly resuming operations, according to a Mercury News report. CEO Pat Egan said in a letter that manufacturing operations have been reconfigured with fewer employees.

Egan said website sales will resume soon, and some stores have reopened for socially distanced sales. Customers at those sites will order and pay by phone, then pick up their order on an outside table.
