See-through fresh orange juice vending machine introduced in Japan

"Feed ME Orange" has launched a vending machine that gives customers the opportunity to watch the juicing process from start to finish, according to an Arab News report.

For each purchase of orange juice, the vending machine shows the process of how the oranges are automatically cut, pressed and squeezed into the cup within about 40 seconds. For each serving of orange juice, the machine uses three to four fresh oranges. The juicing process can be viewed through a glass panel on the front of the machine.

The juicing process provides customers with confidence their beverage is free of additional sugars or preservatives.
