Second Nature Brands acquires Brownie Brittle

Second Nature Brands, a U.S.-based creator of better-for-you snacks controlled by CapVest Partners LLP, has acquired Brownie Brittle, a brownie snack brand, from Encore Consumer Capital, according to a press release.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Second Nature Brands owns Kar's Nuts, Second Nature Snacks and Sanders.
