Dotstash, a San Diego based firm, introduced its first free product menstruation hygiene vending machine at Torrey Pines High School in San Diego this past spring, according to a Del Mar Times report.

Mona Powell, founder of Dotstash and the AB367 coalition, said AB367 requires schools to provide free menstrual products to California students.

In January 2022, a group of students presented the results of a pilot program to the Torrey Pines High School Foundation board and TPHS Principal Rob Coppo who voted to add the Dotstash Period Positive Program to the high school.
