FORT LAUDERDALE, FL --
Sacoa plans to exhibit and demonstrate the latest version of its popular Color Shot HDT RF card reader at this years CinemaCon trade show. The event, organized by the National Association of Theatre Owners (Washington, DC), will be held at Caesar's Palace here from April 23 through 26.
Visitors to Sacoa's Booth #2805A at the show will have the opportunity to learn about the new Flexi-Reader 3-in-One implementation of the Color Shot multifunction card reader. The Flexi-Reader can accommodate magnetic-stripe and contactless cards (swipe, insert or tap).
Also on display at CinemaCon will be the most recent version of Sacoa's kiosk software. This offers an enhanced display and can sell several cards in a single transaction. It also provides upsell for each card, and optimizes the terminal's dispensing function.
Sacoa was founded more than half a century ago by an operator in Argentina. The company launched its first PlayCard system in 1992 in order to apply modern technology to improving the experience of arcade patrons while simplifying arcade management. Continually upgraded, the system today is in use around the world.
