Royal Cup Coffee promotes Leonard to senior VP of HR

Royal Cup Coffee & Tea, a Birmingham, Alabama-based importer, roaster and distributor of coffees and teas, has promoted Heather Leonard to senior vice president human resources, according to a press release.

Leonard joined the company in November 2019 as vice president human resources.

Most recently, and with the support of the human resources team, Leonard designed and implemented the company's employee COVID-19 plan and related response.
