Robusta coffee futures rose to the highest level in more than a decade on Thursday driven by supply chain constraints, according to a Reuters report.
March robusta coffee LRCc2 increased 0.4% to $2,349 per ton by 1053 GMT after it peaked at $2,350, marking the highest level since August 2011.
Dealers reported strong demand for exchange stocks as the disrupted supply chain slowed the flow from Vietnam, the top robusta producer.
Valid ICE exchange stocks reached 99,190 tons as of Dec. 22, compared to 109,040 tons the prior month.
