Riverview approves combination with Westrock Coffee as publicly traded company

Riverview Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, voted to approve its business combination with Westrock Coffee Holdings, a coffee, tea, flavors, extracts and ingredients provider, according to a press release.

The combination, as previously announced, will close today and the company's common stock will begin trading on Monday under the ticker symbol, "WEST."
