CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association has opened registration for Coffee Tea & Water 2015, taking place Nov. 2-4 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC.
"CTW is the singular, preeminent event for the coffee service industry, with networking and education specific to the OCS channel," said NAMA chair Howard Chapman. "This year, we are bringing new ideas and new value for CTW participants in terms of business building and identifying growth opportunities."
Tech Talks, added to the opening morning educational agenda on Monday, Nov. 2, will bring operators up to speed on industry-specific technology, including payment solutions, product promotions and consumer interfacing and how to leverage it to enhance their business and customer experience.
NAMA's Quality Coffee Certificate Program (QCCP) will also be available for participants looking to deepen their coffee expertise, with the first workshop taking place on Monday morning.
In addition to Tech Talks and QCCP, a robust education lineup has been developed with input from OCS operators and suppliers based upon their distinct needs, including several sessions created with the small business owner in mind. Topics include: the state of the OCS industry, sustainable practices, brand building with social media, online selling, rewards programs and single-cup technology.
Participants can save $100 by registering by Oct. 9.
