Refreshment Solutions names Eric Woods COO

Refreshment Solutions, based in Norco, Louisiana, has named Eric Woods as its chief operating officer.

Woods joins Refreshment Solutions from C&S Grocers where he was vice president of warehouse and transportation. He has previously served in various roles at PepsiCo/Frito Lay and Amazon.

He has a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Phoenix, a masters in business administration in global leadership and management from the University of Texas at Dallas, and an master's degree in international logistics and supply chain strategy from Georgia Tech. 

Woods will be charged with leading "end-to-end" supply chain, including warehouse operations and route operations, including fleet, product handling and product safety. He will work with the senior management team of Chief Customer Officer Greg Lucia and Chief Financial Officer Jill Floyd.
