Redemption Plus Adds Personnel Aimed At Improving Customer Service

LENEXA, KS --Redemption Plus said it has hired seven new staff members, who have been brought on since the start of the year.

Eric Tyrell, Stephanie Swalley, Angela VanDeBerghe and Holly Shoaf have joined the firm's Customer Success team. Vince Haeberle and Anthony Alloway were added to the fulfillment team. Joining the Lenexa, KS-based prize merchandise company's marketing department is Carolina Pokidaylo.

"These are strategic hires aimed at improving customer service," said Tabatha Bender, a marketing official at Redemption Plus. "We feel these new employees have an inherent talent for bettering guest experience at family entertainment centers and fit our culture as a purpose-driven organization."
