Sheehan Brothers Vending is recalling several food products due to the presence of undeclared sesame, an allergen. The affected products include Cheeseburgers, Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, Italian Mini Subs, Pepperoni Pizza Subs, Chili Cheese Coneys and BBQ Riblets with coleslaw, according to a press release.

The recall was initiated after a routine inspection by the Ohio Department of Agriculture revealed that the ingredient labels on these individually wrapped plastic products did not declare sesame. The recalled items were distributed between July 2, 2025, and July 8, 2025, through Micro Markets and vending machine locations across Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana.

While no illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue, individuals with a sesame allergy or severe sensitivity could experience a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. Consumers who have purchased the affected items and have a sesame allergy or sensitivity are advised to dispose of the products and contact Sheehan Brothers Vending for a replacement.
