KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- Quench USA said it is launching a full-service office coffee program throughout the United States. Quench, an independent provider of filtered water coolers and ice dispensers for businesses, has offered OCS to its clients in certain markets for the past decade.
The pure-water purveyor reported that the coffee machines it provides incorporate the same water-purification technologies used in its water coolers and icemakers. "A great-tasting cup of coffee starts with great water," said Phil Seiden, general manager of Quench's coffee division. "By combining our advanced purification technologies with high-quality coffee brewers, we are able to provide our customers with consistently great-tasting coffee -- and, because the water going into our coffee brewers is purified, the equipment will operate better and require less maintenance."
In addition to offering thermal and single-cup coffee brewers, Quench provides brand-name coffees, teas and related supplies. Quench customers also have the option of online ordering, which enables them to better manage their coffee inventory and spending, Seiden said.
Quench's point-of-use water dispensing and icemaking systems are rented to its clients. State-of-the-art water treatment technology eliminates the need for bulk bottled-water delivery. The company says it serves 45,000 businesses, including almost half of the Fortune "500. It recently became an operating company of AquaVenture Holdings.
AquaVenture Holdings focuses on providing "water as a service." It presently is comprised of two subsidiaries, Quench and Seven Seas Water, which operates seawater desalination and wastewater treatment plants internationally. | SEE STORY
