Quench acquires Wisconsin water services dealer

Quench, a provider of filtered drinking water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across North America, has acquired Pure Water Technology of Northern Wisconsin, a Quench dealer in the Green Bay area, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

"Quench was great to work with throughout the sale process, just as they were as our long-time partner," Larry Kipfstuhl, president of Pure Water Technology, said in the press release.

"This acquisition grows our service capability in the Green Bay and northeast Wisconsin market and highlights our ongoing commitment to provide exit opportunities to the talented entrepreneurs in our industry," Ryan Hartley, vice president of corporate development for Quench, said in the press release.
