Quench acquires Washington State water service provider

Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Sunnybrook Water Co., a provider of point-of-use drinking water systems in Vancouver, Washington, for an undisclosed sum, marking Quench's sixth acquisition in 2020, according to a press release.

"This transaction adds significantly to our existing Portland customer base and aligns with our strategy to offer our dealers attractive exit opportunities," Todd Peterson, COO of Quench, said in the press release.

Sunnybrook Water Co. is one of the largest water systems providers in the Portland metropolitan area and adds nearly 1,000 customers to Quench's leading market share.
