Quench acquires Pure Water Technology of San Diego

Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Pure Water Technology of San Diego, a commercial drinking water solution provider based in San Diego. It is Quench's ninth acquisition in the last year, according to a press release.
PWT of San Diego was established in 2009 and named PHSI Sustainable Dealer of the Year in 2012. The company went on to become one of the most successful dealer partners in the PHSI dealer network, which was acquired by Quench in 2018. This acquisition more than doubles Quench's presence in the San Diego market.
"This acquisition demonstrates our continued success in partnering with our extensive and growing network of Pure Water Technology, Wellsys and Bluline dealers," Todd Peterson, COO of Quench, said in the release.
