Quench acquires Neptune Water Solutions

Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across North America, has acquired Neptune Water Solutions of Vallejo, California, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Founded in 2009 and operating predominantly in the San Francisco Bay Area, Neptune is one of the largest Wellsys dealers in the U.S.

"This is our first acquisition of 2023 and enhances our capabilities in one of the most important markets in the U.S.," Ryan Hartley, vice president of corporate development for Quench, said in the press release. "It also demonstrates our enduring commitment to our dealers from inception to exit."

"As a Wellsys dealer, we always felt supported by Quench, so we always intended to work with them when we decided to exit," Jonathan Hall, CEO of Neptune Water Solutions, said in the press release.
