Quench acquires H2Office Technologies LLC

Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada, has acquired H2Office Technologies LLC, a provider of point-of-use drinking water systems and ice dispensers and a Wellsys dealer, serving customers in the Atlanta and Nashville metropolitan areas, according to a press release. Terms of the acquisition were not revealed.

"This acquisition is our 13th in 2021. It adds density to our customer base in the fast-growing Atlanta and Nashville markets and aligns with our mission to provide support to our dealers from start-up to exit," Todd Peterson, COO of Quench, said in the press release.

Eric Sweeney, co-founder of H2Office Technologies, joins Quench in a sales leadership role.
