Quench acquires Eastern Pure Water

Quench, a provider of filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Eastern Pure Water, a dealer of Wellsys-branded point-of-use drinking water systems based in Warwick, Rhode Island, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Eastern Pure has more than 500 customers.

"Quench has been a great partner in growing our business, so they were the logical choice when we began to explore an exit," Paul Martin, president of Eastern Pure, said in the press release.

"This acquisition is our seventh already in 2021 and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting our dealers throughout their development from start-up to exit," said Todd Peterson, COO of Quench.
