Quench acquires 2 Florida ice machine service companies

Quench, a provider of filtered drinking water, ice and coffee solutions across North America, has acquired Guy's Ice Machine Service and Atlas Ice Machines and Refrigeration, two Florida-based providers of rental and servicing of commercial ice machines, according to a press release.

Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Guy's Ice and Atlas Ice are long-standing providers to the Clearwater and Jacksonville areas, respectively.

"We are excited to welcome the customers of Guy's Ice and Atlas Ice to the Quench family," Ryan Hartley, vice president of corporate development for Quench, said in the press release.
