Qosina launches vending machines for medical device component sampling

Qosina, a global supplier of single-use components for the medical and pharmaceutical industries, has introduced a new sampling method: vending machines stocked with medical device components. The company, which has nicknamed the machines Qosina Qubes, aims to provide engineers and innovators with instant, hands-on access to thousands of parts for rapid prototyping, according to a press release.

According to CEO Lee Pochter, the machines are designed to eliminate delays often faced by engineers in sourcing parts. The company will soon offer the vending machines for placement in customer offices and labs.
