Private-Equity Firm Acquires Accent Food Services

AUSTIN, TX -- Boston-based Audax Private Equity said it will acquire Accent Food Services from Silver Oak Services Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Accent, headquartered in Austin, TX, provides vending, micromarket, and office coffee services.
"Accent is excited to be partnering with Audax for our next chapter of growth," said president and chief executive Josh Rosenberg. "Audax brings expertise and resources that we anticipate will help us continue to build upon our market leadership position by expanding beyond our current footprint through strategic acquisitions and growth initiatives."

Geoffrey Rehnert, co-chief executive of Audax, said the private-equity firm will work with Rosenberg and the Accent team to "continue building a leading platform through organic growth and acquisitions."
