Primo Water acquires stake in UK hydration station provider

Primo Water Corp., a provider of sustainable drinking water solutions direct to consumers in North America and Europe, has agreed to purchase a minority interest in Sipple Hydration Stations, a network of hydration stations in the U.K. providing purified and chilled water refills, according to a press release.

The agreement allows Primo to participate in the U.K. market and to expand the Sipple Hydration Stations to other markets in Primo's footprint. Customers can use their own bottle to refill, or they can purchase a reusable bottle from the hydration station along with one free 500-ml refill.
