Primo Water acquires Health Waters of Pennsylvania delivery business

Primo Water Corp., a provider of water direct to consumers and water filtration services in North America and Europe as well as water dispensers, purified bottled water and self-service refill drinking water in the U.S. and Canada, acquired the assets related to the home and office delivery business of Health Waters of Pennsylvania for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

The acquisition will increase Primo's route density and expand Mountain Valley product offerings in the Northeast. The customer base overlaps Primo's existing infrastructure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Customers will continue to enjoy Primo's Mountain Valley product offerings and will soon be able to enjoy all Crystal Springs product offerings, the Primo water brand in the region. Customers will be serviced by four Crystal Springs branches located in the eastern part of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
